Overview
Zayed University offers graduate merit scholarships for master’s students. All new graduate students are automatically considered for these awards (no separate application)
The scholarship tiers are based on the previous GPA (bachelor’s):
- CGPA between 3.20 and 3.60 → 10% tuition waiver
- CGPA between 3.60 and <3.80 → 25% waiver
- CGPA ≥ 3.80 → 40% waiver
ZU alumni entering master’s programs may be eligible for an extra 10% tuition reduction.
ZU employees may get up to 50% off tuition for qualifying master’s programs
Sponsored graduate students (those already funded by an external entity) may receive up to 20% discount if there's a valid sponsorship agreement
ZU’s ICT Fund offers full tuition for UAE citizens in the Master’s in IT / Cybersecurity program, plus a monthly stipend of AED 10,000

Undergraduate Merit Scholarship: Students must complete the online application for admission and then, if eligible (meeting the high school and English proficiency minimums), apply for the scholarship via the ZU e-services portal. Graduate Merit Scholarship: This award is automatic for all admitted students (international and national) who meet the minimum CGPA requirements outlined above. No separate scholarship application form is required for the initial award.
